RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All work is guaranteed against defect. If an item found to be defective, or is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt to begin replacement process.

  • Any undamaged item that is not a custom order can be exchanged for 14 days. Customer pays for return shipping insured at full purchase amount as items will not be credited to account until they are received in acceptable condition. Any items lost in postage will be responsibility of the sender as well as insurance filing. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt to begin the exchange process. As a small business, I do not do refunds.

  • Custom orders may be excluded from exchanges, but that may be determined on a case-by-case basis. 

  • Items with inflicted damage are not returnable or exchangeable.

  • My shop doesn’t accept order cancellations.
